How do I get an account number?

Which cryptocurrencies are accepted for payment?

Currently we are supporting payments via BTC, ETH, USDT (ERC20), BNB (ERC20), and XMR. We may choose to add support for more later, but this is the current selection.

How does OTR encryption work?

The OTR plugin performs AKE (authenticated key exchange) between you & your peer(s) in order to securely (en/de)crypt incoming/outgoing messages. The plugin takes full advantage of LibOTR (https://otr.cypherpunks.ca) to guarantee that Telegram and/or government agencies cannot monitor your communications. Additionally, BetterTelegram has developed a proprietary protocol which enables the use of OTR communication within group chats of multiple peers.

Can I use BetterTelegram on multiple devices?

We allow you to use the same licence on up to 2 computers. The reason behind this is simply compensational. We are putting a lot of work into the development of this project. As such we are not flooding the app with ads or any other sort of monetization. So therefore we cannot allow the same licence to be reused by multiple users.
