1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using BetterTelegram, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the software.

2. Software Description

BetterTelegram is a desktop modification for the Telegram client that enhances security and privacy through features such as OTR encryption, Ghost Mode, and anonymous licensing.

3. License

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use BetterTelegram on up to two devices per valid license key.

Licenses are issued on a subscription basis, with a 30-day free trial.

4. License Verification

License validity is verified online using a secure server. Only your license key is sent for this purpose — no additional user data is transmitted.

5. Payments

Payments can be made using supported cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB, XMR).

TX hashes are temporarily stored (maximum 72 hours) for payment confirmation.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or distribute modified versions of BetterTelegram
• Use the software for illegal activity
• Circumvent license verification mechanisms

7. No Warranties

BetterTelegram is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BetterTelegram and its contributors are not liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the software, including loss of data or reputation.

9. Termination

We may suspend or revoke a license if it is used in violation of these Terms or for fraudulent purposes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of Sweden.
